WMV Organizers

Our organizers are active leaders in the business and cycling communities of Boulder and beyond.They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the weekly group rides each summer, as well as additional WMV and Cyclists 4 Community events throughout the year.

Rob Andrew

Rob is a partner at Lockton Companies, the largest privately held insurance brokerage firm in the world.  Rob specializes in employee benefits and pension consulting.  Early in the morning, late at night, and on the weekends you will generally find Rob out on his bike and active in the Boulder cycling community.  He has a long standing presence in WMV over the years as one of its lead organizers, and is one of the of the founders of Cyclists 4 Community.  Rob sponsors the Lockton Full Cycle team, and most weekends you can find him out on the dirt roads of Boulder.


Russ Chandler

Russ is the managing owner of Full Cycle, a leading bicycle retailer in Boulder with two locations, as well as the Tune Up Taproom at Full Cycle. Russ is also the co-founder and former president of Cyclists 4 Community.  Originally from Florida, he founded his first start-up software business in 1991, selling it in 2000.  He’s entered and exited two more since then.  In between, he manages to lose weight and ride faster, occasionally racing.  He continues to involve himself from time to time in startup and growth technology businesses.


Eric Long

Eric co-founded WWMV in 2002. In addition to being an accomplished mountain bike/road racer and on/off-road triathlete, Eric is a highly skilled credit and sales professional. He has worked in commercial banking for 34 years with the majority of his time as the point person for owners, CEOs, CFOs, investors & developers to assist in growing their companies and expanding their real estate holdings to achieve their financial goals.  


Sidney Andrew

Sidney began serving as a volunteer board member with Cyclists 4 Community in 2022, focusing on audience-growth and collaboration with the younger population of Boulder. She now manages WMV’s weekly ride coordination, social media, and newsletter publication. While Sidney *technically* works full-time in accounting & data management, her true passions are swim coaching, peer-mentorship & counseling, church leadership, photography, and professional triathlon. 


Susan Helm-Murtagh

Susan became a WMV organizer in 2019.  She is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Health, UNC Chapel Hill, where she teaches strategic planning, leadership and US healthcare policy. She is also a co-founder and director of both the Ellie Helm Foundation (established in memory of her late niece) and The Athletes’ Coalition (a non-profit that advocates for and assists individual athletes with negotiations, career planning, and post-career guidance). Additionally, she is Chairman of the Board of National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), which develops interscholastic mountain biking programs for student-athletes across the United States.


Lauren Costantini

Lauren is a serial entrepreneur, currently working on 3 companies: the newest is Confluence Coach where she merges the science of nutrition, fitness and sleep to bring people to the next level. She also owns PEDAL Adventures, a mountain bike tour guide and coaching company. And finally, she is Principal Consultant with LCC Consulting, LLC which provides high-level strategic, product and clinical development consulting for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. 


Shelley Hartman

Shelley is a professional organizer, compassionate down-sizer, stager, and personalized mover. Her business, Simply Persnickety, takes her throughout Colorado and the United States, but she finds time to squeeze in early morning rides as a long time avid competitive cyclist. She is also the Regional Liv Ambassador for Liv Cycling and leads clinics, rides, and events.
