Wednesdays 6:30AM Class For 9 Weeks Starting Jan 8th
This class will concentrate on raising your Functional Threshold Power with specific intervals starting easy and progressing towards more difficult workouts week after week.
You will use your own bicycle with FasCat’s PowerTap G3 rear wheels. During the class you’ll have a Joule GPS displaying and recording your power and heart rate data Your workouts will be power & heart rate based using your threshold power (determined in the 2nd class). After each class your coach will upload your data to your TrainingPeaks.com account for post – workout analysis.
